Baishakh is called Madhu month. Various juicy fruits scattered around. But just as the taste of honeyed fruits attracts us in this honey month, the unbearable heat of this month hurts us. All children and old people suffer from various diseases. We suffer from various diseases like diarrhoea, dehydration, fever, cold, heat stroke. The days of suffering from disease are over! Everyone is very health conscious now. You have to be good yourself and other family members have to be good. So you have to know and follow some small tricks. Well, then staying healthy will be much easier. We all know more or less, still let's know some important tips to maintain health in this hot summer!

 


  Tips to stay healthy in extreme heat:

 

ü  Drink plenty of water To stay healthy this summer, drink plenty of water. There is no substitute for water. A lot of water and salt are expelled from our body with sweat every day. And so drink 6 liters of water every day. Include plenty of juicy fruits in your daily diet. Juicy fruits will help in filling your body with water deficiency as well as eliminate the deficiency of various vitamins, minerals and trace elements. And this heat will remove the fatigue of our body and provide energy for work.

 

ü  Keep vegetables in your daily diet Must include plenty of vegetables in your daily diet and keep broth in curries. During this time avoid cooking as much as possible. It is very important to have broth like food as the body gets rid of a lot of water.

 

ü  Eating meat should be avoided as eating excess meat is already harmful for the body. Daily consumption of meat causes various diseases in the body. Eating meat every day is one of the causes of most diseases in our body. So avoid eating meat for yourself and your family to maintain health in hot weather.

 

ü  Consume less carbohydrate foods Carbohydrate foods make our body fat. You will be surprised to know that consuming excess carbohydrates is one of the causes of serious diseases like diabetes. ü  Use sunscreen Use sunscreen daily and regularly and it must be of a good quality. Cheap, cheap sunscreens will do serious damage to your skin instead of benefits. That loss is often almost impossible to repair.

ü  Do light exercise Do light exercise every morning. Exercise improves body and mind. Refreshes the body and mind, increases performance, increases energy in the body, improves digestion and boosts immunity.
