 If you're looking for a simple and delicious milk-based dessert, here's a recipe for Soft & Creamy Milk Pudding:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500 ml) milk

  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar

  • 1/4 cup (30 g) cornstarch

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and comes to a gentle boil. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
